Michelle Yeoh’s ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ soared to a record opening weekend ahead of its nationwide rollout starting April 8th.

The film, which debuted on March 25th, grossed over half a million dollars on just 10 screens, for a hefty $50,965 per-screen average, one of the highest in the post-COVID era. The launch is A24’s best since 2019’s ‘Uncut Gems’ and one of its best ever, as reported by Deadline.

Yeoh plays a high-strung laundromat owner getting audited by the IRS who discovers that thousands of versions of her exist across a vast multiverse. The ensemble also featuring Ke Huy Quan, Stephanie Hsu, James Hong, and Jamie Lee Curtis.
