Ali Wong is set to make her directorial debut with Sheng Wang’s upcoming Netflix comedy special, as reported by Variety.

Wang’s hour-long special is scheduled to be filmed on June 12th at The Belasco in Los Angeles and will premiere on Netflix later this year.

This marks the first time Wong will be behind the camera after starring in three of her own Netflix comedy specials, including 2016’s ‘Baby Cobra’, 2018’s ‘Hard Knock Wife’, and ‘Don Wong’ which premiered earlier this year.
