Apple TV has officially renewed the critically-acclaimed drama ‘Pachinko’ for a second season.

The drama, which is based on Min Jin Lee’s best-selling novel of the same name, has earned rave reviews since its debut, currently holding an impressive 98% critics score and a 95% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Series creator Soo Hugh has repeatedly stressed that she has a larger plan for four seasons of eight episodes each to tell the multigenerational story, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
