Jonny Kim, who is both a Navy SEAL and a Harvard-educated physician, could now also become the first Asian American astronaut to fly to the moon.

Kim is a member of NASA’s Artemis Team, a select group of astronauts charged with focusing on the development and training efforts for early Artemis missions that aim to send astronauts to the moon by 2024 and about once per year thereafter.
