Netflix released the trailer for the upcoming animated film ‘The Monkey King’, premiering August 18th.

The film features an all-Asian American voice cast including Jimmy O. Yang, Bowen Yang, Jolie Hoang- Rappaport, Jo Koy, Ron Yuan, Hoon Lee, Stephanie Hsu, Andrew Pang, Andrew Kishino, Jodi Long, James Sie and BD Wong. It’s described to follow Monkey, who wields a mystical combat staff on his monumental journey to conquer 100 demons, an eccentric Dragon King, and his biggest adversary - his ego.
